Terms of Service.
1. Acceptance
By downloading or using AURA (listed on the App Store as Auracle Voice), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
2. Licence
Everyday Digital Solutions grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use the app on Apple devices you own or control, consistent with the App Store Terms of Service. If no custom agreement applied, Apple’s standard Licensed Application End User Licence Agreement would govern; these terms incorporate its protections and add the specifics below.
3. Charges — read this one
We charge you nothing. Your model provider may.
3.1 What we charge
Nothing. AURA is free to download and free to use, with no subscription and no in-app purchase. Every feature is included, including connecting your own third-party model key and the live web results that depend on it.
If we introduce a paid tier in a future version, it will be disclosed before purchase and will require your consent through the App Store like any other subscription. Nothing you already have will be moved behind it.
3.2 Your provider’s charges, paid to them
AURA does not include any AI usage. If you connect an API key, every charge incurred on that provider account is yours. AURA sends requests to your provider only when you use it, and is built to keep them to a minimum, but that commercial relationship is entirely between you and the provider. Everyday Digital Solutions takes no cut of it, sets no prices, has no visibility into your account, and cannot refund a provider’s charges. Set a spend limit on the provider account. See Pricing.
4. Acceptable use
Do not use AURA for unlawful purposes, to generate content that violates your chosen provider’s usage policies, or to harass, deceive, or harm others. The full position on AI output, including how to report problematic content, is in the Privacy Policy and on Support.
5. AI output disclaimer
AURA’s answers are generated by AI and can be wrong, out of date, or incomplete. Output is not professional, medical, legal, or financial advice. Verify anything consequential before acting on it.
6. Safety
AURA is not an emergency service and must not be relied on in an emergency — call your local emergency number. Do not use AURA in a way that distracts from driving or operating machinery.
7. No warranty; limitation of liability
The app is provided as-is, without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Everyday Digital Solutions is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the app. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including your statutory consumer rights.
8. Third-party services
Providers you connect are governed by their own terms. See section 6 of the Privacy Policy.
9. Termination
Stop using AURA at any time by deleting the app — which also deletes all data, because everything lives on the device.
10. Governing law
AURA is distributed worldwide exclusively through Apple’s App Store, and your agreement with Apple is governed by the App Store terms for your storefront. These terms are governed by the laws of India, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer-protection law of your country of residence. The courts of Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar (Mohali), Punjab, India have jurisdiction, which does not deprive you of any right to bring proceedings where you live if the law of your country grants it.
11. Apple-required terms
- Apple is not a party to this agreement.
- Apple has no obligation to furnish maintenance or support for the app.
- Apple is not responsible for any product warranties; any failure of the app to conform to a warranty is the responsibility of Everyday Digital Solutions.
- Apple is not responsible for addressing claims relating to the app, including product liability, legal or regulatory non-compliance, or consumer-protection claims.
- Apple is not responsible for third-party claims that the app infringes intellectual property rights.
- Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this agreement and may enforce its terms against you.
- You represent that you are not located in a country embargoed by the U.S. government and are not on any U.S. Government prohibited-parties list.
12. Changes
Updated terms are posted here with a new effective date. Continued use after a change is acceptance.
